This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to those who visit the websites owned and operated by DASV Technologies, as well as users of our Service(s). This Privacy Policy describes how DASV Technologies collects, uses, share and secures the personal information you provide. It also describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your personal information. The use of information collected through our Service(s) shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Customer has engaged DASV Technologies. 1. Retention of Persona

DASV Technologies retains the personal data process for as long as an Account is active or as needed to provide the Service(s). If the user wishes to terminate the account, please contact us at support@peprop.money DASV Technologies will retain the data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain accurate financial and other records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. DASV Technologies deletes the data from the portal on the expiry of 90 days after the termination of account, except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

2. Mobile Applications

When the user downloads, installs and use our mobile applications, DASV Technologies automatically collect information on the type device the user uses, operating system version, and the device identifier (or "UDID").

DASV Technologies will send push notifications from time to time to let the user know about events or promotions that may be running. If the user no longer wishes to receive this type of communication, it can be disabled at the device level.

DASV Technologies uses mobile analytics software to allow us to understand better the functionality of the application on the user’s mobile or handheld device. This application may record information such as how often the user uses the mobile application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. DASV Technologies do not link the information stored within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the application.

3. Communications from the Website

DASV Technologies shall use the user’s email address to send newsletters and/or marketing communications. If the user no longer wishes to receive these communications, they can opt out by following the instructions contained in the email’s you receive or by contacting us at support@peprop.money

7. Children's Personal Information

DASV Technologies does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 18. If the user is under the age of 18, please do not submit any personal information through the website. DASV Technologies encourages the parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s internet usage and to help enforce this policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information through the website without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided personal information to us through our website, please contact us and we will endeavor to delete that information and terminate the child's account from our databases.

8. The user also undertakes that:

• The content / information in the Transactional Message/Promotional Message/SMS/Call, as the case may be delivered by Service Provider will not infringe the copyright or other rights including right to privacy / publicity or be defamatory of any third party;
• the content / information will comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and guidelines in effect as notified by the Government of India from time to time;
• the content / information will not contain any material which is obscene, offensive or defamatory or enrages the public sentiment, or constitutes an unfair trade practice or violates any other legislation or policy for the time being in force, or is made to give negative publicity;
• It has taken or will take all necessary steps to ensure that nothing is or will be contained in the Content/Information which might make its transmission illegal or actionable for any reason as per any applicable laws;
• Fully adhere at all times to all notifications, guidelines and regulations as issued by TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India), DOT (Dept. of Telecom, Govt. of India) and all other Government Departments related to services mentioned in this agreement

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

The website reserves the right to update, change or modify this policy at any time. The policy will take effect on the date of such update, change or change.

• This Privacy Policy is effective from the date and time the user registers with DASV Company by filling up the details and accepting the terms & conditions laid out in the Site Policy.

4. Dispute Resolution And Jurisdiction

• It is expressly agreed to by the Parties hereto that the formation, interpretation and performance of this Policy and any disputes arising here from will be resolved through a two-step Alternate Dispute Resolution ("ADR") mechanism. It is further agreed to by the Parties that the contents of this Section shall survive even after the termination or expiry of the Policy and/or Terms.
• Mediation: In case of any dispute between the parties, the Parties will attempt to resolve the same amicably amongst themselves, to the mutual satisfaction of both Parties. In the event that the Parties are unable to reach such an amicable solution within thirty (30) days of one Party communicating the existence of a dispute to the other Party, the dispute will be resolved by arbitration, as detailed herein below.
• Arbitration. In the event that the Parties are unable to amicably resolve a dispute by mediation, said dispute will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the DASV Technologies, and the award passed by such sole arbitrator will be valid and binding on both Parties. The Parties shall bear their own costs for the proceedings, although the sole arbitrator may, in his/her sole discretion, direct either Party to bear the entire cost of the proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of Arbitration shall be at Noida/ New Delhi India.
• The Parties expressly agree that the Terms, Policy, and any other agreements entered into between the Parties are governed by the laws, rules, and regulations of India and that the Courts at New Delhi/Noida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties.

11. Disclaimer

The website is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the disclosure (accidental or otherwise) of user account information and / or information on or relating to online credit / debit card transactions and / or their verification process and details, nor for errors, omissions or inaccuracies in relation to the information so disclosed and used, whether used in legal process or otherwise. The website does not store credit / debit card details.

Any other personal information shared by you which is not asked by the website during registration, either mandatorily or optionally; accounts to willful and intentional furnishing; and the Website will not be liable for breach of such information.
